damage report

So the weather man was all wrong about today and it is nice outside! It is 72!! Anyway the adjuster came today and he was super nice. What is wrong?

Well, we need to get a new roof. We need to have 40 ffet of down spouts replaced. We need 30 feet of gutters redone. 4 windows need rewrapped and some siding redone. We need the 2 patio doors redone. And we need to repaint all the windows. All the vents will be replaced and the pipes sticking out of the roof. So yea more damage then I thought. But oh well! We will have it all looked at by our contractor now and see if the 2 totals come out the same. It could have been much worse. Now if the hail stays away from us for the rest of the season we will be good!
