Samantha's first soccer game

So last night was also Samantha's first soccer game. Those 4 years makes a big difference in how well the kids know how to play but I must say. And the girls are with just girls and let me say those girls are aggressive. You can tell the ones who play hockey too as they get right in there and they can run from one end of the field to the other without stopping. Then, you have our Samantha who loves soccer but she is not a runner which has been established a long time ago. She is not aggressive in a group. So really this is not her best sport but she loves it out there. So she will continue to play. He team lost 3-5 last night.

Poor girl had her dad yelling to hussle the entire time and when she was in the goal he was down there telling her to be ready. but she does much better when he is right there.

Matthew's team at the end of the game shaking hands. His team did a little cheer for themselves too! They are soo dang cute but some of those girls are almost twice his size! He best grow some or get good at squeezing in and out of spots or those girls will run him over!

Mini and the kids had fun watching to. Or not watching as the case may just be. They rolled downt he hill behind the field. They tossed the ball around. But not much watching of the soccer game happened.

Matthew's first soccer game

Ok can I just say funny to watch?! They put 4 of each color on the field at a time and they run around not having a clue but that they need to kick the ball! No one seems to care if they kick it the right direction or not. The fall over each other and we laugh. Matthew's team won but I do not know by how many. No one seemed to care.
Notice in one photo the ball is not by the kids! LOL it was soo mych fun to watch them.
