So after waiting forever there was Stephen is his boyscout uniform waving at us! Mini got to give him a kiss as they stopped by us to wait for a float in front of them. We saw so many neat floats though that Mini loved and she was right there to say hi if they came to visit by her. No shy girl at all during the parade!
