This is the kids helping do laundry, I am so glad I am not doing 12-14 loads of laundryt his way. Me and my washer and dryer will stay here thank you very much!
This is in the root celler under the house. Barrels so you know you must can the young ones right away!
There were 3 calves walking around and were tame enough to allow you to walk up and pet them. The kids loved that they could pet them and Mini got licked.

The kids enjoyed the water pump. They got to fill buckets of water.

We played games from the 1850's also while at the farm. We passed the boot and tried hiding it behind us. Then they guessed who had it.
The bottom half of the barn where the horses and oxen are kept when not outside3. they had a farm cat in here too.
The top half of the barn was a hay barn and it also had an area for corn.

I called this the stuff and things bench but it was tools of all kinds and it was neat to check it all out.
Matthew found a chicken out and he chased it thinking he could catch it but no such luck for the small boy!

On the walk back out Mini got a ride! A lot of walking and running and she was happy to sit on the way out.
