I got Nancy and Larry to get together long enough for a few pictures. Good thing I got this one off as wait till you see the next series. There are not amny with them alone.

The love they have

A great many things can be said of Mini. But she loves freely. And she loves Larry always.

And he loves her.

Even when she messes his hair up and laughes when she does it too yet!

Nancy and Larry's quilt

These are some shots I got of the quilt. I meant to get more. But you know things happen and pictures do not get taken. It is amazing how many form emboirdery I forget to get before they go out the door. 66 blocks are embroidered. 66 blocks are just a print material. I love it and they loved it. And I am glad I am done with it.

Making a quilt

Linda took pity on me and came to help sew the blocks together once I had them embroidered. Well I was still sewing in my office for awhile after she started. But 66 blocks got done. And Linda sewed them together. Tia came over and ironed out each black. And then Wednesday we went to the farm and quilted it. And I hemmed it Thur, Fri and Sat. Yes even the day of the party I was hemming that quilt. I hemmed while I worked on the jackets I am embroidering. It is a double project so that is good.

Mini was not impressed that we were sewing. She just made a nest and crawled in my office and went to sleep. I do not know how her neck can do that but it does.

Twitch was not impressed either. So he brushed his teeth. Linda talked him into it not being a toy finally and he ate it.

Larry and Nancy loved the quilt and that is all I wanted. Now onto finishing the other projects on my table.

Playing cards

We played cards Sunday to and laughed up a storm as Larry and Dennis tried to beat us! And Mom talked to people with the phone upside down. She had a helper in Mini as she stuck close. She may miss out on Grandma handing out food if she lef ther side you never know. I swear the girl eats nothing but never stops eating either!

A night out

It was a Sat night and we went out to see Shorty up town. Larry and i went up with Nancy and she went hsopping we stayed in town. She came back later and we had eaten as Shorty was BBQing burgers and brats. So we had a full meal. Dennis came up later and Mom and Dad watched the kids so we could dance the night away as Shorty also had a DJ. I even got Shorty to take a picture with me since he is not really into that. Larry and Dennis were so excited as they beat us girls at darts. How no one knows but it happened.

Darts

Yea so Sat we played darts once more at Shorty's. Larry lost 5 games to 0! It was funny as all hell! Dennis and I decided we will just play out at the farm from now on though as really no one follows you around there. Well they do but they are my kids. I like them!

Yea so Larry and I were trying to take our picture together. Not so great at it. It took a lot of trys and people saying if our faces were in the picture. But funny! I am surprised we did not end up on the ground trying to get it! Sat night was soo much fun and we got to plan our trip to Iowa while sitting there to! So Dennis and I will be driving to Iowa on Friday to visit the pigs. And you all know I love me the pig farm!

A fire at the farm

We lite the fire and we had a good time and a lot of people showed up to sit around it and drink some beer and pop and wine around it. Grant and Emily, Joe and Pat, Mom and Dad, Nancy and Larry, Lisa and Allen, Steph and Grant, Me and my 4 kids, Roger and Ian, and Kristie. We had a good time and laughed and listened to stories all night.
